Who we are

Clarity Property Group Glasgow Ltd (“Clarity”, “we”, “us”) sources off-market property deals in Glasgow, Lanarkshire and the Scottish central belt, and shares them with investors who register their buying criteria with us through claritypropertygroup.co.uk.

By registering on our site, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We source property deals and match them against the criteria you register with us. When we find a deal that fits, we'll get in touch to let you know.

Registering with us costs nothing and puts you under no obligation. Nothing on our site or in any deal we send you is an offer you're required to act on.

What we don't do

We are not authorised to give financial or investment advice, and nothing we send you should be treated as such. Any deal we present is for information only. Before acting on anything we send you, you should take your own independent professional advice, for example from a solicitor, accountant or financial adviser.

We source deals, we do not take a position in them. Whether you buy any particular property is entirely your decision, and any purchase is a matter between you and the relevant seller.

Your registration

The information you give us when registering, your contact details, buying criteria and buying position, needs to be accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on it to send you relevant deals. If your circumstances or criteria change, you can update your details by contacting us or re-registering.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to work with any registrant at our discretion, for example if information provided is inaccurate or if we're unable to verify a genuine buying interest.

Deals we send you

When we send you a deal, we'll set out the information we have at the time. We do our best to ensure this is accurate, but property information can change, and you should independently verify anything material to your decision before proceeding, including price, condition and any figures relating to potential returns.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller, and we accept no liability for the outcome of any purchase you make.

Fees

We may charge a fee in connection with deals we introduce. Where a fee applies, we'll tell you clearly before you're committed to anything. Registering to receive matched deals is free and does not commit you to any fee.

Communications

By registering, you agree that we can contact you about deals matching your registered criteria. If you've separately opted into marketing, we may also contact you about other updates, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Liability

We provide our service, matching and sharing deal information, on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your reliance on information we provide, except where that loss results from our negligence or from anything we cannot lawfully exclude liability for.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Scottish courts.
